No. This is a separate token, deployed on Robinhood Chain by this community. It shares the culture, not the ledger — your Ethereum balance is untouched and doesn't bridge here.
Who runs it?
Nobody, by design. Ownership is renounced and liquidity is burned, so the contract can't be changed and the pool can't be pulled. What's left is a community and a chart.
What's the tax?
